Biography
| My artistic carrear can probably be traced back to my high school days at Massey Hill Classical High School. Upon graduation, my high school art teacher encouraged me to attend the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. In the spring of 2004 I bought my first digital camera, an Olympus C-750UZ. After I got the camera, I dedided to learn how to use it and I quickly became fond of nature and macro photography. After graduation in 2007, I stuck with photography, and am currently employed as a school photographer for Lifetouch National School Studios. While school pictures don't offer much room to flex artistic creativity, I have learned a lot more about the technical side of photography. Last year, I finally made the big upgrade to DSLR, and purchased a Nikon D300. It's certainly been a great investment, letting me explore more creative paths in my personal, professional, and artistic lives. |
